Once again Susannah's door has been broken, but this time it was even more catastrophic than before. On May 25, 2014 the doorknob officially broke, and fell off the door for that matter. Anthony, a seventh grade student, went to open the door to come into class and pulled the knob itself clean off the door. He was dumbfounded, while students around him tried to screw the knob back on. After the struggle, the seventh graders, along with Susannah, were able to put the knob on temporarily but in order to be able to open the door both someone on the inside and outside would have to turn the knob in all sorts of directions. Luckily after Susannah notified Don, the whole knob was taken off and repaired by Don and Tai. We will continue to update you on the challenges and issues with Susannah’s doorknob!
