This years middle school dance was held on February 2nd in the Multipurpose Room. Unlike the other dances that have been held, this was a masquerade. Everyone was required to bring a mask . We were also required to bring a can of food, that was later donated to the White Center Food Bank. In addition to that, Westside School also volunteers at the White Center Food Bank during community service and we enjoy knowing that we are helping our community.
The snacks at the dance were a large improvement from last year, there was popular candies, a variety of chips, baked goods and different kinds of soda. Although students enjoyed the food, they were less pleased with the music selection. Some song where repeated and some requests not played. But overall we agree the dance was a success once again.!
